Title: Watermelon and Ginger Sharbat

Yield: 5 Servings

4lbWatermelon; chilled
3tbFresh ginger root; pureed or more to taste
2tbFresh lime juice
  Water
  Sugar; to taste
  Crushed ice; to serve

Cut the watermelon in wedges, remove and discard the rind and seeds. Blend the flesh in a food processor with the ginger and lime juice. Add water if the mixture is too thick. Add extra sugar, if needed. Serve over crushed ice.
